For two hours, you will indulge in writing and collage exercises as you celebrate what inspires you for your ideal life. Begin to visualize the life you want, how you want it to feel, and the attitude or context that will help you to live it. You'll explore practical ideas on how to get started and will make a map of some small steps you can take to seed your future. You'll go home with a unique collage to help you stay inspired and practical ways to keep your vision focused.
We will provide:
· Collage materials
· Workshop handouts and resources.
· Light refreshments, coffee, tea and water (bring your favorite mug if desired)
· Related books available for reading in the studio
· Reading lists and on-line resources
What to bring:
· Pen and writing paper, journal or notebook
· Your laptop or on-line device if you have one. Free Wi-Fi for the optional on-line collage exercise.
